Job Description:
- Champion continuous improvement throughout the departments, helping teams to apply different methods and approaches to service improvement.
- Develop positive working relationships internally with other departments, and other business units to ensure continuous improvement.
- Facilitate or lead service improvement reviews in collaboration with managers, teams, and colleagues throughout the business unit.
- Lead on activities such as data gathering, trend analysis, process mapping and improvement, root cause analysis, with a range of services and teams.
- Participate in competitor Benchmarking exercise and analysis to help define best practice and use this to assist departments to review current practices and develop new service delivery options.
- Manage improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered within time and budget and ensuring that tangible benefits are identified and realized.
- Provide key stakeholders with monitoring reports and information, including analysis and advice.
- Conduct regular clinic visits and observe the patient's journey across touch points and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather patients feedback through Face to interview and other means to identify the areas for improvement.
- Perform other professional duties requested from line manager.
Education / Professional Qualifications:
- Education Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business management/other related fields
- Years of Experience: 1-3 years. Hands on experience in continues improvement for min. 1 year.
- Professional Certification: Kaizen, Lean Management, Six sigma, PMP certification(Any one)
