Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Procurement and Coordination Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate, a Saudi National, will oversee procurement activities, ensure seamless coordination across departments, and contribute to the smooth execution of our fit-out, design, and engineering projects. You will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and aligning procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Management:
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements for fit-out and design materials.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Manage the entire procurement process, including preparing RFQs, conducting bid evaluations, and issuing purchase orders.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and in line with project specifications.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and engineers to align procurement schedules with project timelines.
- Act as the central point of communication between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate the logistics and delivery of materials to project sites, ensuring no delays.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations:
- Maintain and expand a network of reliable suppliers and vendors to support current and future project needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term partnerships.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and control procurement costs, ensuring purchases remain within project budgets.
- Cross-check supplier invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in preparing comparison sheets and budget reports for management.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with Saudi regulations and company policies.
- Proactively manage risks related to procurement, including delivery delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the construction, fit-out, or design industries.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
