Job Description
A well-established company in the field of machinery and spare parts, is looking to hire a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
-Procurement Planning: able to independently make procurement plans to meet forecast needs, and schedule deliveries (Candidate should have experience in procurement PLANNING)
-Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
-Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses while ensuring the availability of necessary materials for operational continuity.
-International Shipping Expertise: Manage and handle international shipments and logistics.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in:
-Handing documentation and compliance for international shipments, export, and cross-shipment activities (Candidate should have experience in International Shipments and
Export)
-Logistics Operations: Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing. Implement processes to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
BA, good communication skills in Arabic and English
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm
