Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate new suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.

Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries in accordance with agreed schedules.

Manage supplier contracts and documentation, ensuring all information is up to date.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of procurement and shipping.

Resolve issues related to shipment delays or any supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement.

Proven experience in negotiating and building long-term relationships with suppliers.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor and oversee supply chain processes.

Familiarity with ERP systems and shipment tracking tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
