Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to contract execution.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements.

Ensure contracts align with organizational requirements and legal standards.

Manage contract documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts.

Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier contracts.

Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.

Analyze procurement spending and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to ensure alignment on procurement goals and objectives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to address procurement-related issues and challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain roles.

Skills and competencies:

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.

Attention to detail and accuracy in contract administration.
