We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Executive for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.
Responsibility-
- Develop a strong positive rapport with all our vendors and become the main contact.
- Negotiate with vendors on purchasing to help increase, long-term profitability.
- Work with vendors to ensure product availability, delivery scheduling and to solve any pricing or other issues.
- Study the full product lines, becoming an expert in product knowledge. Seek out new products that will help increase the company's profitability.
- Work with Sales and the Aftersales to keep up to date on the trends and the needs of the stores when making buying decisions.
- Maintain and communicate projection on total inventory.
- Run and analyze reports to determine sell-thru percentage and then make appropriate decision to ensure the proper inventory levels.
- Arrange and monitor the logistics.
- Ensure the right product in the right place at the right time.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining the financial standards required to meet the business objectives.
- Maintain customer and partners goodwill and longtime loyalty through professional service to exceed their expectation.
- Promote efficient information flow process on a timely, consistent, and fair manner on principal's inquiries.
Skills-
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
