Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Procurement Executive to join this dynamic Company. The successful candidate will be involved in ensuring the seamless acquisition of high-quality materials and products, maintaining the company's brand and reputation. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail and a good understanding of luxury fragrances and goods.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other necessary supplies.
2. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
3. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
4. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team to ensure adequate stock availability.
5. Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
6. Support the procurement team in identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing efficient procurement processes.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to procurement activities.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain management preferred.
• Must have a UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fragrance industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
