Key Accountabilities: -
Comprehensive Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for both local and overseas requirements.
Sourcing Strategies: Execute sourcing strategies and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and products for real-time data retrieval.
Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
Diverse Sourcing Expertise: Utilize strong sourcing experience across various food and nonfood categories, and manufacturing ingredients.
Inventory Monitoring: Regularly monitor inventory with sales trends to prevent excess or shortages of products.
Market and Product Trends: Monitor business trends and product availability to secure the best price without compromising quality or delivery terms.
Qualification & Experience: -
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Logistics or Business Administration
At least 5 years of relevant procurement and vendor management experience in the F&B industry
Successful track record of delivering results in the areas of cost management, vendor management, quality controls and inventory management
