Job Description

Position Title : Procurement Manager (Operations)
Salary Range : AED 20K to 25K
Annual ticket for Self
(Medical insurance for Self & family)
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

SCOPE OF WORK :

Oversee a wide range of activities related to the projects, including planning, scheduling, purchasing materials and equipment, quality control etc.
Oversees several projects, coordinating budgets, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.
Acting as a liaison between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project.
Responsible for working with various Clients/ Supplier to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites.
Managing the team of project managers.
Facilitating site planning meetings.
Tracking company resource usage.
Identifying project risks and proposing solutions.
Dispatching subcontractors and equipment.
Measuring and managing client satisfaction.
Facilitating weekly operations meetings.
Coordinating equipment maintenance.
Keeping track of vendor pricing.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Equivalent
10 years of UAE experience as a Procurement Manager with a Construction Company
Responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses.

Nationality: Prefer Indian
