Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Forge procurement strategies and strategic sourcing for essential paper and flexibles, impacting our current and long-term operations.
  • Lead sourcing, negotiations, and contract processes to secure advantageous terms.
  • Analyse market trends to identify risks and opportunities, benefiting our position in a fast-paced market.
  • Collaborate with various teams, ensuring procurement strategies meet business needs.
  • Enhance supplier relationships, focusing on continuity, innovation strategies and value generation.
  • Contribute to optimising costs and mitigating risks in the procurement of commodities.
  • Manage the Print Optimisation Program globally

The experience we're looking for

  • Solid background in procurement, especially within commodities in a global context.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic procurement with tangible results.
  • Keen negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage contracts and suppliers effectively.
  • Analytical approach, able to evaluate market trends to aid in strategic decisions.
  • End to end planning knowledge
  • Can navigate conflicting interests across internal departments for optimal cost and service
  • High level experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other AI tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, facilitating collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
