JOB SUMMARY
ENTTEC is seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full procurement. Must communicate with team members, suppliers and Australia offices. Able to fulfill customers orders in a timely manner.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
2- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet operational needs while minimizing excess inventory.
3- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
4- Prepare reports and analysis related to procurement activities as required.
5- Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing to purchasing.
6- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
7- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
8- Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.
9- Communicate purchase orders between suppliers and Australia office.
10- Comprehension of orders description and SKUs.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualifications / Experience:
· Bachelors degree in relevant field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement with technical background and extensive ERP usage.
· UAE experience
· Familiarity with the procurement processes in the market
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attributes:
· Attention to detail
· Communicating with sales department and Australia offices
· Familiarity with ERP system.
· Comprehension of SKU codes.
· Financial understanding able to take best pricing from suppliers
