Duties & Responsibilities



  • Collect quotation per request received from the department.

  • Travel Arrangement per request and getting the approval.

  • Enter purchase request.

  • Enter payment request.

  • Entering the monthly payment.

  • Create Gate to pay monthly funding report.

  • Collect and compare the actual payment with funding report.

  • Create request report and share it with the department.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.

  • 0-2 years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Excellent level of written and spoken English and Arabic.

  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition

  • Demonstrate team player with excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Report writing skills.

  • Innovation and continuous learning.
