About this role:
- Coordinate effectively with all stakeholders on the regular requirements of good and services and ensure alignment of Purchasing services with overall plans.
- Support the team in implementing the purchasing strategies and performance management of all Purchasing process related activities such as and not limited to reviewing evaluation reports, requisition orders in order to verify accuracy and specifications, reviewing of purchase orders and ensure adherence to overall guidelines.
- Manage the preparation, renewal and revision of service contracts mainly that includes purchasing of goods related AMC's, rehabilitation works and services required. Coordination with finance, legal and the vendor/ Contractor to ensure all necessary and accurate documents are available and attached.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts so to realize savings for major common products and services.
- Responsible for the end to end procurement processes of all the request received from different internal stakeholders such as, PM, Finance, Human Capital, Logistics, Marketing, IT, ERP, HSQE, Health Club & Business Development.
- Crosscheck paper works for PR/PO in relation to establishment of agreements/contracts.
- Provide periodic contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policies. Intimating concerned departments 60 days prior to expiry of the contract.

Information Security responsibilities:
- Comply with Khidmah Information Security Policies
- Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
- Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
- Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
- Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
- Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
Diploma or BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Professional certifications in CPSM, CPIM or relevant is a plus.
A minimum of 3-6 years of experience working in procurement as an officer or administrator or supply chain or related field.
1-3 years of experience with FM industry is preferable.
