Job Description
The Procurement Section Head main purpose is to ensure the organization achieves value for money from its procurement and to ensure savings are generated as per the KPI's set as it's a major contributor in the Group's Bottom line.
Negotiate the terms of supplier contracts and determine the service line agreement with the suppliers
Manage the pricing review process making sure the company is getting the Best price & Value.
Manage the relationship with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business, including the resolution of major supplier issues.
Explore the market for new suppliers to build more solid supply base and to work on analyzing the commodity procured based on Market Information Benchmarking exercises
Handling all the requests received from business units.
Verifying contractors received offers covering projects BOQ
Ensure the product / service delivery on time in full.
Identify Opportunities: Savings, Cost avoidance, Process Improvement & Complexity reduction
