Role Description

All In One International FZCO is seeking a full-time Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Scrap Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Dubai and is critical to fast-tracking our procurement operations and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the scrap industry, with the ability to handle the volatile nature of regulations and supply chain issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential suppliers for ferrous and non-ferrous scrap
• Evaluate supplier bids and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Monitor market trends to make informed procurement decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Close sales deals and manage all related processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain management in the scrap industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of market trends and industry conditions
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
