Procurement Specialist required in Abu Dhabi
-UAE experience for minimum 3-4 years for Fit out works
-Able to package technical drawings and specs, filter BoQ lists to prepare for quotations
-Able to prepare detailed comparison lists in itemized BoQ, compare with budget, compare suppliers compatibility to each other and assess pre-qualifications of vendors
-Able to do initial negotiation and present comparison with recommendation to commercial manager for decision Strong supplier database for supply and installation of Fit out and contracting projects.
-Negotiate contracts, improved prices, and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
-Explore alternate sources for goods and materials -Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues.
