We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Rider Business team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a Saudi national who possesses very strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic. The Procurement Specialist will support the Procurement Manager, who oversees Manpower and Rider vendor management, by assisting in vendor negotiations, follow-ups with the team, and Ground work in deployment of Riders for both noon minutes and noon food to ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our procurement processes.

What you'll do:

• Assist the Procurement Manager in managing vendor relationships for manpower and rider services, including contract negotiation and follow-ups on rates.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues or queries related to rider services.
• Track and monitor vendor performance through the different functions in noon, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and supplier information accurately to ensure transparency and accessibility.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Requests and Contract signing to the Procurement teams and follow up on delivery timelines to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends of competition, sourcing new vendors and cost-effective options for rider services.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as noon minutes, noon food and super-mall to ensure alignment of procurement activities with the company's goals and processes.
• Assist in resolving vendor disputes and discrepancies to maintain a positive relationship with suppliers.
• Assist team in having Deployment plan and rider structure

What you will need:

• Nationality: Saudi National
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to vendor management.
• Experience: Previous experience in procurement or vendor management is a plus but not mandatory.
