Position Objective:
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Procurement modules, including Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Ariba. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- SAP Procurement Module Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on SAP Procurement modules, ensuring optimal configuration and utilization to meet business needs.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP Procurement solutions.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP Procurement modules to align with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in procurement-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to SAP Procurement modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize procurement operations and user experience.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and standards, maintaining data security and integrity within the SAP Procurement environment.
Qualification & Experienc
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP Procurement modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
- Proficient in SAP Procurement module configuration, including Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Arib
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing procurement projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- SAP Procurement module certification is preferred but not mandatory.
