We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our clients team in Riyadh, KSA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers, ensuring that all procured products and materials meet our quality standards, and negotiating favorable terms with vendors.
You will work closely with senior leadership to understand our organizational needs and ensure timely fulfillment of our supply requirements.
· Develop and issue proposals, request quotes, and negotiate terms and conditions of purchases
· Generate and distribute purchase orders and contracts
· Oversee supplier performance and address any issues that arise
· Assess and verify the quality of procured items, addressing any discrepancies
· Study industry trends and demand to aid senior management in creating and executing sourcing strategies
- Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
· In-depth understanding of purchasing strategies
· Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software, including purchasing and resource planning systems
· A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
