Responsibilities : -Develop and maintain a goal-oriented program which includes timely quotation and lower price of high-quality goods.-Strategically secure deals with existing and/or new suppliers in alignment with the Supply Chain Director -Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and seek out new suppliers while managing their ongoing performance per quality guidelines and reporting regularly to the Supply Chain Director .-Manage a list of alternative products and suppliersRequirements : - BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration- Experience in Dubai market-Minimum 4 years of related experience in the Food industry. - Proven working experience in supply chain function including procurement and demand planning
