Procurement Supervisor

An Oil & Gas Company in Cairo, Egypt is looking for Procurement Supervisor with strong experience in vendors Contracts Negotiation.

Main Role:

Responsible for all Purchase of the Company's spare parts and services according to company purchasing policies & procedures.

Oversees the procurement process including bid preparation, tender/competitive bidding, analyze tender results in conjunction with site personnel, negotiation and order/contract award.

Responsible for draft, review, discuss and negotiation all vendors contracts.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, and all applicable procedures.

Ensure that the vendors dues are paid in timely manner.

Pre-qualify new suppliers and evaluate the performance of the current suppliers according to the company policies & procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Commerce, Law or Logistics & Supply Chain.

Oil & Gas field work experience (MUST).

From 10 to 15 years work experience in Procurement.

Strong Vendors Contracts Negotiation Experience (MUST).

SAP System experience.
