Producer

Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Production:

* Collaborate with clients and creative teams to understand project goals and requirements.

* Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines.

* Scout and secure locations, permits, and necessary equipment.

* Coordinate with talent, crew, and other stakeholders.

* Prepare and distribute call sheets and production notes.

2. Production:

* Oversee all aspects of the shoot, ensuring adherence to the schedule and budget.

* Manage on-set logistics, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

* Maintain clear communication between the director, crew, and clients.

* Monitor shot quality and ensure creative vision is being achieved.

3. Post-Production:

* Coordinate the post-production process, including editing, sound, and color correction.

* Ensure timely delivery of final products to clients.

* Handle revisions and feedback, ensuring client satisfaction.4. Administrative:

* Maintain production documentation and records.

* Track expenses and manage financial reports.

* Conduct post-project evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications:

* Experience:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production or advertising agencies.

* Proven track record of successfully managing mid to large-scale shoots.

* Skills:

* Strong organizational and project management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances on set.

* Knowledge:

* In-depth understanding of the production process from pre-production to post-production.

* Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

* Knowledge of camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
