Job Description:

In the role of Agency Producer, you will be tasked with overseeing the entire production process for advertising campaigns within an agency team. This includes bringing agreed-upon creative ideas to life on various platforms such as TV, digital platforms, and other channels. You must possess a strong background in TV and film production, as well as the ability to merge creative ideas with problem-solving skills. It is crucial to be familiar with emerging talent and current trends to select the best suppliers for each project, manage the production process from conception to completion, collaborate with clients, creatives, and account teams, and oversee production and post-production activities. Additionally, managing the budget for each project and negotiating with pre and post-production companies are essential responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process for clients, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production tasks.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to key stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in an agency or production house setting.
• Bachelor's degree in film studies, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
