PRODUCT CONFIGURATION EXPERT ? WORKDAY HCM CORE

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take charge of the HCM area, looking for improvements and delivering on business requirements.

Offer functional expertise in the design, setup, and upkeep of Workday HCM.

Provide guidance and support to AMS team with incident resolution and methods to optimize Workday HCM.

Help manage projects related to the Workday HCM, ensuring successful adoption and deployment of new features.

Perform data analysis to identify system trends and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.

Keep up to date with Workday product releases and suggest updates and improvements as needed.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

3+ years Workday experience in Workday HCM.

Reporting and/or Integration experience would be an advantage.

Certified in Workday Core HCM.

Workday Core Integrations and Workday Studio certification would be an advantage.

Deep understanding of the business process framework with the ability to make recommendations on improvements.

Experience of rebuilding in a post-go-live/post-production environment.

Experience in managing Workday releases.

Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field and apply this knowledge to improve system performance and user experience.
