The Product Designer will be integral to the design team, reporting directly to the Product Design Director, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centric design solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Design team to create elegant, user-friendly design solutions for Classera's platforms.
- Translate complex concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and translate them into design enhancements.
- Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and consistent with Classera's standards.
- Utilize design best practices and maintain Classera's design guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
- Assist the Product Design Director in refining design strategies and processes.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to inform design decisions and strategies.
Job Requirements
Required Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes.
- A strong understanding of the principles of user-centered design, with the ability to incorporate user research, interviews, and usability testing into the design process.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring the delivery of designs with a high visual standard.
- Familiar with agile methodology, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks
