As a
Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to translate business needs and user insights into visually appealing and effective design solutions. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can think holistically and design details that enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual
designs for web and mobile platforms using tools like Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, or Adobe Creative
Suite.
- User Research: Conduct and apply insights from user research, including interviews, surveys,
and usability testing, to guide informed product design decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management,
sales) to ensure designs are feasible, meet business objectives, and address user needs.
- User-Centered Design: Advocate for user needs throughout the design process, ensuring that
products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user expectations.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems by creating scalable, reusable
components that ensure visual consistency across products.
- Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive prototypes and collaborate with teams for testing,
iteration, and refinement of designs.
- Design Reviews: Participate in regular design reviews, offering and receiving feedback to
continuously improve user experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, applying new
techniques and practices to enhance your work.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work
on web and mobile platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch,
Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision. Familiarity with design systems and UX best practices.
- Research Skills: Experience with UX research methods, and the ability to translate insights into
practical design solutions.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional teams, including
developers and product managers, to bring designs to life.
- Communication: Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate design
ideas, decisions, and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively solve design challenges, balancing user
needs with business goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent
practical experience.
