Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative and user-friendly products. Your main goal will be to enhance user experience, seamlessly integrating form and function in product design.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and iterate on product concepts that align with the company mission and user needs.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to generate powerful insights that guide the product design.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest product design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, or related fields.
