Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager specializing in developing and managing cloud-based HR solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring that the product aligns with the needs of customers and businesses across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development: Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and long-term strategies.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring technical requirements are met and working closely with development teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand business needs and HR requirements, and stay updated on trends to ensure the product remains competitive.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure the product meets market demands and maintains the highest quality standards.
- User Experience Optimization: Continuously enhance user experience by gathering feedback and integrating new features based on customer needs.
- Feature Management: Prioritize and manage the development of new features that align with customer needs and company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing HR technology products (SaaS or cloud solutions).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze market needs.
- Excellent team and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, such as payroll, attendance tracking, and document management.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in developing cloud-based HR management products such as payroll systems, attendance tracking, or document handling.
- Familiarity with the Saudi or GCC market, with a focus on regulatory compliance and local labor laws.
