Job Description

Department: Digital Enterprise Platform, Digital & Technology Platform Services

Location: Egypt, Cairo

A functional lead in the Product Team acts as the key player in collecting the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver an E2E product that meets business expectations. They ensure long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards. Functional Leads have expertise in specific Anaplan modules and lead module-specific activities within a project. They are responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring the system, and ensuring that the solution meets business needs.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with Product Manager and Solution Architect and analyze requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specification, including effort estimation.

Support Product Manager in driving backlog prioritization and help sprint objective definition

Configure the Product, in alignment with Developers and Product Manager/Analyst

Together with the product manager as well as the solution architect and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirements, provide solutioning while targeting simplification and standardization

Align solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with product owner Business stakeholders as well as Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriate

Support pro-actively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery.

Document & ensure features/user stories are well documented and following SAFE AGILE principles & EA guidelines/ best practices

Drive sizing & ROM estimates with the CI/CD team to ensure accurate sprint planning (on-scope/on-time/on-budget)

Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

Integrated Business Planning Expertise: Knowledge in demand, supply, and financial planning processes.

Business Analysis: Ability to convert business requirements into features or user stories.

UI/UX Design: Skills in building user interfaces and user experiences.

Anaplan Configuration: Experience in configuring the Anaplan platform.

Data Analysis and Reconciliation: Strong skills in analyzing and reconciling data.

Excel Proficiency: Strong Excel skills, with Anaplan certification preferred.

Data Management: Ability to manage data health, ensure timely data delivery, fix data issues, and conduct root cause analysis.

Fiscal Year Management: Experience in managing the roll-over of fiscal year periods and reconciling with other reporting areas.

Data Refresh and Automation: Skills in refreshing data as per planning cycles and managing/improving automation processes.

Effective communication with stakeholders and teams

Desire to understand the business and its processes in depth

Detail-Oriented: Ensuring accuracy in requirements and documentation

Working effectively with cross-functional teams

Demonstrates the ability to think strategically to influence product decisions and outcomes
