About the job:
The Product GTM Director will play a pivotal role in executing strategies that align with our growth objectives and market demands. Working closely with the leadership team, you will develop and implement go-to-market strategies, drive product positioning, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches. This position requires strong leadership skills, market expertise, and a collaborative approach to driving growth and customer adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Go-To-Market Strategy Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive GTM strategies for nourOS, including market analysis, segmentation, value proposition, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Product Launch Management: Oversee the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams for seamless execution.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure product features and benefits are effectively communicated and aligned with customer expectations.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations to equip the sales team with the necessary resources to effectively sell nourOS and articulate its value to clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, to understand market needs and enhance the product's relevance and impact.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine the brand messaging for nourOS, ensuring consistency and clarity in all communications and marketing materials.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- At least 12 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related fields, preferably within the technology or software industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise software products, particularly in AI or digital transformation sectors.
