Summary:

experimentation and validation. The Innovation Product Manager will be responsible for shaping the
future vision of our product by identifying and implementing cutting-edge features and technologies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a visionary product strategy for the innovation product area in alignment with
overall business objectives.
Lead the identification of opportunities for product innovation through the implementation of
experiments, pilots, and prototypes.
Validate innovative ideas and features through iterative customer feedback, market research, and data
analysis to determine their potential value and impact.
Continuously monitor market and technological trends and competitive landscape to identify innovation
opportunities and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, industry specialists,
and stakeholders, to translate innovative concepts into actionable product development plans.
Establish clear KPIs and success criteria for innovation initiatives and measure their impact on customer
satisfaction, user engagement, and business growth.
Act as a key advocate for innovation, communicating the value of experimental initiatives and
breakthroughs to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
Requirements:
Proven experience in product management, with a focus on driving innovation and developing forward-
looking product strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends, technological advancements, and user
feedback to inform product decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate visionary product
strategies and advocate for innovative initiatives.Education:
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree or
MBA is a plus.
