As the Digital Transformation Manager at Apparel Group, you will lead the company's digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of technology into business processes. You will be responsible for driving innovation and leveraging digital tools to enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and improve overall business efficiency in the fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute Apparel Group's digital transformation strategy in alignment with corporate goals, focusing on enhancing the customer journey and optimizing internal processes.
- Identify key digital trends and innovations within the retail sector, recommending strategies for adoption across different brands.
- Digital Initiatives & Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of digital solutions, including e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, supply chain automation, and data analytics tools.
- Oversee omnichannel initiatives, ensuring integration between physical stores and online presence to provide a cohesive customer experience.
- Optimize the usage of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve demand forecasting, product recommendation systems, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with departments like sales, marketing, operations, and IT to identify process bottlenecks and introduce digital tools that enhance efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with the digital ecosystem, enabling real-time inventory management, financial reporting, and supply chain transparency.
- Customer-Centric Focus:
- Drive initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience, including personalized online and in-store experiences, loyalty programs, and mobile apps.
- Utilize customer data and feedback to make informed decisions about product offerings, marketing, and store designs.
- Change Management:
- Champion digital adoption across all levels of the organization, ensuring stakeholders are informed and onboard with transformation projects.
- Provide training, documentation and support to teams to embrace new digital tools and workflows, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Vendor & Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and digital solution providers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Evaluate and select new technologies, platforms, and partners to keep Apparel Group ahead in the retail space.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to track digital project success, make real-time adjustments, and report results to senior management.
- Ensure the effective use of data to drive insights into customer behavior, inventory levels, and business performance.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or digital strategy roles, ideally within the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM systems in a retail setting.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, AI technologies, and data analytics platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
- Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
