Role Summary:
As the product manager, you will play an important role in the development, management and implementation of the brand plan and marketing activities to HCP's leveraging the best in class customer insights and thorough analysis of market and consumer trends to build effective product communications, organize successful marketing events, product promotions and educational activities while meeting the annual business objectives, customer needs, and drive the line growth and profitability.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product brand plan including key growth and defense marketing strategies and tactics for the assigned product / portfolio.
- Formulate and execute launch plans with financials , market sizing, pricing/reimbursement strategy, situation analysis and assessment of opportunities / challenges.
- Development of product(s) value propositions, creative promotional campaigns, and execute tactical plans.
- Development of key product communication essential collaterals (digital and print media) as well as effective multi-channel engagement tools.
- Training of staff on products, new messaging and guiding the promotional cycle.
- Lead competitive selling strategies as well as provide leadership in planning and managing the demand of the product.
- Provide marketing intelligence and commercial input to the development of new products.
- Identify the key target segments, business drivers, priorities, and growth opportunities.
- Manage the product(s) lifecycle development to customers and propose innovative solutions to improve the products / brands offerings.
- Determine and manage the allocation of product budget to maximize ROI.
- Provide guidance when needed on the creation of packaging and labeling.
- Exhibit strong project management skills.
- interact with key customers and stakeholders and KOL development.
- Arrange focus groups and advisory boards as needed.
- Provide monthly plan and report the key hi-lights of the relevant products marketing activities and market feedback.
Basic Requirements:
- Medical Background with minimum of B.Sc. Pharmacy, Medicine, Science.
- Minimum of 3- Years experience as a Product Manager with a successful track record.
- Experience working with OTC, Consumer Healthcare, Pain Management therapeutic areas and products categories.
- Flexibility to travel 30% of the time.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies within UAE / GCC.
- Holder of MBA Master of Business Administration or Diploma in Marketing Management or Digital Marketing.
