Product Manager - IT Solutions

Product manager heads and manages the Product Life Cycle. Responsible for product growth, tracking the digital presence, monitoring the product feedback and improvements. Keep tracking the competitors strategies and implement to make it always on the edge.

• Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee and manage the Product Life Cycle.
  

• Worked with the Market research and management teams to work on the discovery phase.
  

• Collaborate with the product owner to develop a product vision for the new product.
  

• Analyse the complete competitive landscape to see what competitors are doing in the market.
  

• Figure out the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors and use them to make a great product.
  

• Analyse trend reports, industry content, market statistics, sales data, user stories, mock-ups, and metrics to come up with a working strategy.
  

• Manage the development process and the team members to ensure a quick and efficient product launch.
  

• Manage the workflow of the marketing and sales teams.
  

• Liaison with development team, sales team and marketing team for efficiently managing the product, campaigns and improvement scope.
  

• Develop a complete product requirements document and as well as templates for reference.
  

• Work on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.
  

• Help figure out a proper pricing model based on what other tech companies and start-ups are charging for similar software.
  

• Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influences and consultants.
  
• Requirement:

· A bachelors degree in preferably in marketing, management or Computers or a related field.

· Proven work experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years)

· Certifications from reputable institutions and associations in product management or software-related fields is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills

· UAE driving license is optional.

· Fluency in English Language. Arabic will be a plus not mandatory.

· Must have great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
