Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at Lendo, you will play a crucial role in guiding products from conception to launch by bridging the technical and business worlds. Your ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps will be essential in driving Lendo s growth. You will work on various challenging projects related to AML/Compliance, Credit and Underwriting, mobile and web apps, new technologies, and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop product strategies, monitoring progress towards achieving strategic goals.
Create end-to-end product opportunities by analyzing business and customer needs, operational processes, and implications with clear hypotheses, problem statements, research, and findings.
Work closely with Engineering, Credit, RMs, Operations, Compliance, AML, Legal, and other functions to assess product priorities, establish a roadmap, and author detailed product requirements.
Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches both internally and externally.
Continuously gather customer feedback to develop new features and enhance product offerings.
Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to the product and develop internal dashboards for team performance and issue tracking.
Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.
Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in business/technical field or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience as a product manager.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in breaking down complex problems.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.).
Experience in data analytics, A/B testing, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
Experience in shipping a product to a large user base.
Demonstrated passion for continuous learning across different industries and fields.
Experience collaborating with User Experience Research (UXR) on user studies.
Entrepreneurial drive with a deep passion for product excellence and user satisfaction.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and strong multitasking abilities.
Proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal); ability to speak Arabic is preferred.
