As the Product Manager for the Influencer Platform, you will work closely with our client's team to define, build, and optimize product features. This role calls for someone who combines product management expertise with marketing technology insights and hands-on experience deploying influencer campaigns. In this position, you'll own the product strategy and act as the CEO of the product, making key decisions to drive the platform's growth and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Collaborate with the team to define the product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- Translate business goals into product features that align with client objectives.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Lead the product through all stages of development, from ideation to deployment.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features on time and within budget.
- Prioritize product features based on user feedback, market demand, and strategic alignment.
Influencer Campaign Oversight
- Guide the deployment and management of influencer campaigns on the platform, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Partner with marketing agencies to implement campaign strategies and ensure successful execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, generating insights to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the product's point of contact for both internal and client-side stakeholders.
- Present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to the client's leadership team.
- Gather and incorporate feedback to continually improve the product.
Budget Management
- Manage the product budget of $15K - $20K per month, ensuring resources are used effectively.
- Track expenses and adjust allocations to maximize return on investment.
Client-Focused Leadership
- Lead the product's development with a client-centric mindset, aligning deliverables with client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the marketing technology or influencer marketing space.
- Proven track record of managing marketing agencies and deploying influencer campaigns.
- Experience in a technology-driven environment with an understanding of software development processes.
