We are looking for a Product Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet our high standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
- Prioritize product features and tasks, creating timelines and setting project milestones.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Measure product performance and optimize based on key metrics.
- Engage closely with customers to gather feedback and identify user needs.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of product management techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
