We are seeking an innovative Product Manager with a passion for education and a strong background in product management to join our team. The Product Manager for Higher Education will work closely with academic professionals, students, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and refine product visions and strategies specifically for the higher education market, ensuring alignment with academic needs, industry trends, and company objectives.
- Product Roadmap Management: Craft and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing projects based on their impact on learning outcomes, user experience, and strategic value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with academic experts, technical teams, and marketing to define product requirements, set development timelines, and ensure successful launches.
- Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research and engage with students, faculty, and educational administrators to gather insights, identify pain points, and explore opportunities for innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on educational products or services.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical methods and educational technology trends.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
