What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch market-leading Islamic Banking products.
- Drive portfolio growth by developing effective product strategies and optimizing financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining alignment with AAOIFI and CBUAE guidelines.
- Monitor and enhance product performance, making data-driven recommendations for continued growth.
- Engage stakeholders, manage a robust portfolio, and develop impactful marketing strategies with our team.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- A commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services.
