Role: Product Manager Wealth
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Support the Head of WM Products and the department in achieving its objectives by launching new Products, monitoring performance and managing regulatory requirements for the assigned product line.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Identify potential investment ideas that suits ADIB's clients and fit the current Macroeconomic trends and support the proposal with proper evidence and thorough analysis.
- Work closely with Frontline channels to promote WM Investment products.
- Work with Back and Middle Office to ensure all operational and logistical issues are managed successfully.
- Day to day Management of product lines under ownership
- Ensure that all channels of communication are effectively managed (RMs, call centre, Branch Manager, Branch Network, etc.)
- Manage the life cycle of the assigned products from idea generation stage to implementation, delivery and post-sale stages (end to end).
- Train and develop the distribution channelson new and existing products.
- Ensure all documents related to the assigned products are available, reviewed internally and by other stakeholders and up to date.
- Develop and improve all promotional and marketing material for Products Managed
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure products and initiatives are delivered on time.
- Work Closely with Compliance team to make sure that regulatory approvals are applied for and obtained.
- Attend selected client meetings alongside the RMs when requested.
- Work with 3rd party service providers closely & develop the relation with them.
- Responsible to prepare product programs, presentations and teasers for all new products.
- Work on any projects / requirements as instructed by management.
- Ensure that all new products all in line with regulatory bodies (Central Bank & SCA) polices and guidelines to obtain distribution approvals.
- Drive system implementation / enhancement projects in relation to the financial planning and risk profiling system.
- Monitor 3rd party products, including changes in performance, people, process or philosophy that may affect future performance or Sharia compliance of products.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Master's degree in related field required. CFA preferred.
- 7-10 years experience in investment products & preferably relationship management related to wealth planning, investments or investments banking.
- Must be articulate and professional, with a strong ability to understand client behaviors by establishing rapport and trust.
- Ability to identify clients needs to offer the proper investment solutions/ideas.
- Strong analytical skills & investment background
- Discreet and trustworthy with high degree of integrity
- Strong acumen for business development & building relationship with internal/external parties.
- Fluent in English and/or Arabic
