This is your role
As a Product Owner at TradeTracker.com, you will serve as the bridge between our development team and product management, ensuring that our final products meet customer expectations. Your role will be to prepare, communicate, manage and have implemented the product backlog with the development team to deliver assigned projects against OKRs. You will translate high-level product goals into clear and actionable user stories, complete with acceptance criteria that guide the development process. You will demo and celebrate new features, products, and improvements together with your team, to help achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to gather and refine requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product direction and innovation.
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Measure and analyze the performance of product features against key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Your profile
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, SCRUM in particular.
- Advertising technology and/or e-commerce experience.
- Ability to execute and administer basic QA and functional testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
