Position Overview:
The Products Sales Manager is responsible for developing plans to grow sales pipeline, nurturing opportunities, and converting opportunities and growing them. This is focused and measured on identifying, qualifying, developing proposals, negotiating, and winning new clients and increasing the account size of Intelmatix enterprise AI and Decision Intelligence standardized products suits - under the EDIX offerings - tailored for various sectors (e.g. retail, logistics, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Accountable for the revenues and profit and meeting growth targets for the EDIX products portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors (i.e. retail, QSR, logistics, manufacturing, real estate developers, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop healthy sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and nurture them until closing.
- Maintain deep familiarity with Intelmatix capabilities and how they can be used to solve a wide range of real-world problems for target clients in target sectors.
- Create and present pitch decks and tailored persuasive proposals (technical and commercial) and obtain input as needed from other teams in the company (i.e. technical, finance, etc.).
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives (focus sectors/segments, revenue, and profit margin targets).
- Own relationship with potential client- acting as point of contact until conversion- and maintain deep relationships with key clients and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and win them.
- Report periodically on the sales forecast, sales metrics, sales pipeline, specific opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
Others:
- Participate in marketing efforts e.g. events and content creation.
- Collaborate with product development and technical teams to provide insights from the field to ensure alignment between product offerings and market needs acting as the voice-of-customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or technology related fields.
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B business development and marketing, preferably in the technology (enterprise solutions, analytics, or AI) and in KSA.
- Experience serving clients in retail, QSR, logistics, manufacturing, real estate developers, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully closing B2B deals (minimum $1Mn per deal) and growing accounts.
- Relationships with decision makers across industries (mainly in KSA, and the rest of GCC) and a deep portfolio of clients that can be leveraged to jump start your client's pipeline and portfolio at Intelmatix.
- Avid usage of digital tools (e.g. LinkedIn and client databases) to identify and reach out to clients.
- Intimate familiarity with procurement processes and decision-making of companies in target sectors.
- Solid proposal and pitch decks drafting skills in very professional, well-structured, elaborate, and compelling and visually appealing manner.
- Very hands and resourceful; and able to work in a fast growing startup environment.
- Ability to understand new technologies and products quickly to be able to sell them and identify applications and use cases and demonstrate benefits to potential clients.
- Ability to articulate Intelmatix' product offering to audiences with varying levels of seniority and technical skills typically in the executives level, management level, IT level.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills; and likeability and charisma.
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
