Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar (Saudi Arabia)

Job Purpose:
The Product Specialist, reporting to the Commercial Manager, will work within their assigned area to promote and sell the company's portfolio, ensuring long-term success with customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Job Requirements:
University degree with a medical background.
Minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
Must have experience in Oncology or Hematology or Rare Diseases or Virology.
Strong background and knowledge in Institutional sales preferred.
Possession of a valid driving license.
Proven medical sales experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-centric.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with speciality medicines preferred.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Generate sales and achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
Develop existing portfolios and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote products.
Assist the sales team in meeting targets.
Conduct promotional visits and sales calls to doctors.
Gather market feedback and intelligence.
Manage customer feedback and complaints.
Coordinate meetings with KOLs to increase referrals.
Monitor account metrics and track sales activities.
Identify growth opportunities within the territory.
Ensure timely completion of account activities.
