We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Dental Implant Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental implantology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving product adoption and customer satisfaction. As a Dental Implant Product Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our dental implant products, providing training and support to dental professionals, and contributing to the growth of our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote dental implant products to dental professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, and periodontists.
- Probe anybusiness expansionopportunity and make it as real revenue figures.
- Identify, search, and contact prospective customers to build genuine relationships, find solutions they need and that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Provide customer feedbacks andmarket informationon competitor activities to sales manager, and the other appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across functions e.g. marketing,customer services,logisticsto fulfill customers demands.
- Follow up and provide scientific product knowledge to current and potential doctors.
- The sales specialist shall also be responsible for matters ancillary to these sales and marketing activities, as well as other matters assigned to him/her by the Company, acting reasonably.
- Undertake other duties as required.
Job specification:
- Bachelor's degree in dentistry or any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental implant field
- Strong knowledge of dental implant products, procedures, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate dental professionals.
- Previous experience in dental implant sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
