The ideal candidate will have to ensure all aspects of the functions of EMU software's planning and execution, including, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure the product is successful in the market.

Main responsibilities:

As the subject matter expert of EMU software, you will:

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy in line with the company-wide objectives to ensure the product's success in the market.
• Understand and translate customer requirements into comprehensive product solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analyses to provide insight into driving product decisions and sustaining a competitive lead.
• Work closely with product teams and engineers to ensure the successful development and implementation of product updates and enhancements.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging strategy, as well as provide technical insight into the product.
• Provide technical support to customers pre- and post-delivery, addressing technical queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software dev processes.

Proven experience in product management, user experience and market trends

2 years experience in product management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven experience in market research, product roadmap development and driving product success.
