Join our dynamic team as a Product Specialist, responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to meet and exceed established sales targets. In this role, you will actively engage with customers, manage supply agreements, and conduct presentations and in-services to drive market development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division and how they can be effectively used in medical procedures.
- Conduct regular and planned visits to customers and potential customers to promote products and services, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage and utilize supply agreements and contracts with hospitals and purchasing groups in the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute daily and weekly visits to hospitals, developing the market through presentations, in-services, medical procedure support, and contract negotiations.
- Provide technical training and support directly in Operating Rooms and endoscopy Suites, addressing the needs of hospital management, purchasing department, and other staff.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
- Deliver product demonstrations to potential customers, gather feedback, and provide support, information, and guidance.
- Analyze and report market changes, competitive activities, product performance, and business feedback to the Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Respond to product-related questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform effective territory management, including client targeting, frequency, educational, and technical support.
- Ensure full awareness and compliance with the company's policies and code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in medical / health & life sciences
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications (PC and mobile)
- Demonstrated ability to absorb technical, clinical, and product knowledge and disseminate it effectively to all levels of healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrates a consistent positive attitude towards the role, working in a team and upholding corporate image with the customers.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic spoken and written.
