Job Responsibilities:- Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules focused on products, machinery, and chemical handling.
Conduct engaging training sessions for employees across various departments using diverse instructional techniques (e.g., hands-on demonstrations, workshops).- Evaluate employee understanding through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Stay informed about new products, technologies, industry standards, and safety protocols through ongoing continuous learning.
- Attend workshops, seminars, or conferences related to product knowledge and training methodologies.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and analyzing performance metrics.- Revise training content based on feedback to improve future sessions.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions conducted, attendance logs, assessment results, and employee progress.
- Prepare reports for management summarizing training outcomes and areas for improvement.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Safety Compliance, Operations) to align training objectives with organizational goals.- Provide support in onboarding new employees by integrating product knowledge into their initial training experience.
Bachelors degree in Education, Training & Development, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience as a trainer or educator in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of product specifications related to machinery and chemicals used within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficient in using technology for training delivery (e.g., LMS platforms).- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on diverse learning styles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
