Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Trainer at Sobha Realty in Dubai. The Product Trainer will be responsible for conducting product training sessions, developing presentations, utilizing analytical skills to assess training needs, enhancing communication among teams, and contributing to the training and development initiatives within the organization.

• Presentation Skills and Communication abilities
• Analytical Skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in real estate or luxury industries is a plus
• MBA in a relevant field
