Job Description
Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
Review graphics and layouts before products are completed
Retouch images to improve quality both in print and digital formats
Suggest and apply image improvements, like creating gradients and layers
Follow deadlines to ensure timely publications
Follow up with clients to ensure their requirements are met
Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Proven work experience as a Production Engineer and fabrication or similar role preferred to be in steel structure
Degree in engineering (Production - Mechanical).
Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
