Job Description
Lead the entire production team.
Execute daily objectives and communicate with production supervisors . (according to the weekly /daily production plan).
Prepare the work orders for each batch on IFS as per the weekly plan.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
Coordinate with the maintenance for any preventive / corrective maintenance of the planet and machineries.
Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
Check production output according to specifications. (quantity & quality).
Submit reports and Keep production logs.
Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.
Assist the production manager in the development and implementation of production strategies with utilization maximum resources but minimum cost.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and work instructions.
Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by production manager

Proven work experience as a Production engineering
An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creativity skills with attention to detail
BSc degree in production engineering
Good Communication skills
